My journey into the topic of neurodiversity and disability began a decade ago, when my younger son was diagnosed with Autism. Later, I myself, already in my forties, learned about my neurodivergence - Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Motivated by these life changes, I left my communication studies diplomas and my career in business events and communications on the shelf, and gradually set out to use my speaking and writing skills, as best I can, step by step, to make the world more neurodiversity and disability friendly.
